So how does trading Webkinz items work?

Many people trade Webkinz rare and exclusive items on Webkinz world.  Trading basically involves adding each other to your friends lists and then sending each other the agreed upon items as gifts using the Send Gift option in Webkinz World.

You can find people who are interested in trading Webkinz items by reading in Webkinz Forums and participating in Webkinz Chat Rooms.

BE CAREFUL!  There are many people who will not treat you fairly and may not send the Webkinz item they promised to trade you!  Only trade Webkinz items that you are comfortable losing.  Hang out in Webkinz Forums and Webkinz Chat Rooms for a while before trading Webkinz items so you can learn how to do it and learn who you can trust.

To be really careful, make sure that the other person agrees to send their item to you first.  Then when you receive the rare or exclusive Webkinz item they promised, send them the item you promised in to trade.  Your reputation will spread quickly if you cheat someone in a Webkinz trade!  People will learn not to trade with you; so always be fair!
